So many training programs are designed to get you results fast, but not in a way that is actually enjoyable or sustainable. I show you how to get stronger — both physically and mentally — so you can see positive change and keep it.

Hi there, I'm Rachael, and I work with everyday people to improve strength, confidence and capacity to deal with stress — long term. 

 

If you’re anything like most of the people I work with, you've probably tried going it alone in the gym or following online programs, but never found something that felt right.

 

I've been there.

 

When I'm consistently working on my health and fitness, I feel strong. The thing is, I didn't always know how to do this in a healthy way.

​

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. It started early on with competitive swimming; training morning and night and competing every weekend. ​I was extremely disciplined but I had no idea that I was over-training and under-fuelling my body.  Exercise became something I had to do to better myself, but I never felt energised.

 

Eventually, I gave up swimming and decided to pursue my dream to study art. After 5 years at art school and a year abroad in NYC, I returned home to New Zealand. My mental health suffered. I joined a gym; always doing more and pushing my body further. It wasn’t long before I suffered a stress fracture to my hip and got diagnosed with depression.

​

That’s when I realised I couldn’t keep doing this on my own and I needed someone to help. 

​

​

Working with a personal trainer finally showed me how strong I could be when I trained with my body instead of against it.

​

​

Looking back, I realise that when I don’t train in a way that is sustainable, my body and confidence break down. It took a stress fracture to show me how to build strength for longevity.

​

​

When I train with purpose, I do more

in other areas of my life because I feel strong.

It was this journey that led me to my Cert III/IV in Fitness to become a personal trainer. I was excited to coach others in a way that was powerful. I went all-in on my own studio, taking everything I had learned from my mentors and my own experience to build a new way of training.

​

My clients immediately knew I was different. I talked about long term solutions instead of quick fixes. I realised, that like me, my clients were getting better results when they focussed on how training made them feel, instead of how much they weighed. This is the foundation of my online program.

​

​

It's a way of training that compliments your lifestyle,

plays to your strengths and reduces your weakness.

Training with a coach online can sound complicated.
I get it. Here’s how we use my background in face-to-face coaching to make it simple and effective:

We map out your goals, and sticking points. I help you set a realistic and sustainable timeframe

My Welcome Guide shows you how the program will work and is filled with my best tips for success

Each week you access your workouts through an app. This is our main platform for communication while you are in the program.

Review and reflect on your training through our Weekly Wellness Check-In.

Receive personalised feedback and set mini goals each week to stay on track

You get access to my monthly newsletter. Learn about sleep and stress, and get the tools you need to optimise your lifestyle and training.

​Now, at this point I want to say…

This is not a 12 week, 28 day or 12 month program.


There are no lock-ins. The program is designed to show you how to establish healthy habits and develop a better understanding of training with your body. My only request is that you stay in it for a minimum of 12 weeks to give it a chance to work. The program adapts and grows as you do (as does your confidence!) You will continue to get lifelong value if you stay in the program for more than a year, and I hope you do.

Training is an investment, but choosing not to build a body that is strong, confident and resilient now, costs more. 

​

Most training programs are focused on short term results. With my Online Program, you will have a foundation and awareness you can take with you for life.

​

Within the program you are getting the value of a 1:1 personal trainer and nutrition coach. You also get a specialised toolkit of systems to improve sleep, manage stress and improve your life. 

​

Training with me in-person costs up to $270 per week. A nutrition coach costs upwards of $90 per session. 
My Online Program is designed to show you how to take control of your health for $65 per week for 12 weeks or more. 

​

Your willingness to invest in the program says a huge amount about your readiness to take charge of your body and mind and builder a stronger you. Spending money on learning how to train sustainably is truly one
of the best things that you can do.
